Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Whisk or silicone spatula
  • Measuring spoons
  • Airtight containers or jars

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt full-fat plain or vanilla
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Spoon the Greek yogurt into a large mixing bowl and smooth it with a whisk or spatula.
  • Add the chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder in batches, stirring well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and maple syrup until the pudding looks evenly chocolatey.
  • Adjust the texture with a little extra yogurt if too thick, or a small spoonful of cocoa if too thin.
  • Cover the bowl or divide the pudding into jars, then chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Stir once before serving and top with berries, granola, nuts, or a dusting of cocoa if desired.

Notes

Storage: Keep the pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and stir before serving if it separates.
Freezing: Freeze small portions for up to 1 month, then thaw overnight in the refrigerator and stir well for the best texture.
Best Tips: Add the protein powder and cocoa in batches so the pudding stays smooth and does not trap dry pockets.
Sweetness Tips: Taste after chilling before adding more maple syrup because cocoa and protein powder soften as they hydrate.
Variations: Add berries, nut butter, mini chocolate chips, espresso powder, or sliced banana for a different serving style.
Serving Ideas: Portion into jars for snacks, serve as a chilled dessert, or layer with fruit for a pudding parfait.
