Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 1 1/2 pounds, sliced in half horizontally

Instructions

  • Slice each chicken breast horizontally into thin cutlets and pat both sides dry.
  • Season the chicken evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread dill pickle ranch over the chicken and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan.
  • Mix the remaining Parmesan with breadcrumbs and scatter it over the top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the topping is golden and the chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving with extra dill pickle ranch if desired.

Storage: Keep cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
