Big Mac Burger Bowl

Sarah Vance
Big Mac Burger Bowl layers mustard-seasoned lean beef with crisp iceberg lettuce, cheddar, pickles, tomato, onions, and a creamy pickle sauce. It is a satisfying bun-free dinner that also works well for meal prep when the beef, sauce, and toppings are stored separately.

Notes

Storage: Store cooked beef separately from lettuce, sauce, and toppings for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
Reheating: Reheat the beef until hot, then build the bowl with cold lettuce and fresh toppings.
Freezing: Freeze only the cooked beef for up to 2 months; fresh lettuce, tomato, and sauce are best made fresh.
Best Tips: Pat lettuce dry before assembling so the sauce clings well and the bowl does not turn watery.
Meal Prep: Portion beef, sauce, lettuce, and toppings in separate containers for better texture through the week.
Variations: Use ground turkey, pepper jack cheese, shredded cabbage, or a lower-sugar ketchup to adjust the bowl to your needs.
